VINCI Energies acquisition of the Eitech Group approved by the competition authority

VINCI Energies is now the owner of 100 percent of the companies and resources included in the Eitech Group.

VINCI Energies is now the owner of 100 percent of the companies and resources included in the Eitech Group. The Swedish Competition Authority has now approved the purchase, which was published on November 8, 2017.
